Bill Mitchell
Senior Pastor
Pastor Bill Mitchell is a third generation Boca Ratonion. Born and raised locally, he graduated from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago with a B.A. in Bible and Theology and a Masters of Christian Ministry. He is currently working on his Ph.D. in Leadership from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. His heart is truly to reach out to people both locally through compassion ministries and internationally through mission trips to other countries and bring them to the saving grace of Christ, our Savior.

Bill and his wife Elizabeth met at Boca Raton Community Church. They have four wonderful children.

Sal Cavarretta
Associate Pastor
Pastor Sal Cavarretta grew up in Boca Raton and graduated from Boca Raton High School. He received a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and a Master's of Divinity degree from Grace Theological Seminary. He is passionate about bringing health and life to the church and families through leadership, team building, equipping, and creative teaching.

Sal has been married to Giovana since 1992 and they have three beautiful children.

Mary Lou Dodd
Adult & Women’s Ministries Director
Mary Lou was born in Toronto, Canada and moved with her husband Larry and two children to Texas where they resided for eighteen years. It was in Dallas/ Ft. Worth that she worked as Administrative Coordinator and Assistant Professor (for women) at Tyndale Theological Seminary and obtained her Doctorate of Ministries degree through Tyndale and Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary.

Mary Lou has a passion for studying, learning and sharing the Word of God with women!

Ryan King
Worship Pastor
Ryan’s passion is to see God’s people worship Him passionately and authentically. He knew at a very early at that he was called to ministry, and, over the years, he has served at several churches as a music and media director. He is an accomplished keyboardist, having played for many CCM groups, and a producer and songwriter, having worked with companies such as Integrity Music, Brentwood-Benson, and Lifeway.

Ryan loves to spend more time with his family: Renee, his wife, and his son, Josiah. He enjoys reading, movies, and fellowship with friends and family.

John Lucas
Outreach & International Ministries Director
John has over 30 years experience as an entrepreneur in Financial Services. He moved from Texas to South Florida for business reasons in 1993. That same year John and Debby joined Boca Raton Community Church. It was a BRCC mission trip to Haiti in 2002 that changed John's life. He found his purpose and passion in International Ministries. John feels humbled by the opportunity to be a part of WorldLead. John's partner in Mission Ministry is his wife Debby. They have been married since 1975.

Bill Mitchell III
Student, College, & Young Adult Ministries Pastor
Bill III was born and raised in Boca Raton. He received a B.A. in Bible and a minor in Pastoral Ministry from Moody Bible Institute in 2007.

Bill has been married to Lindsay since 2008.

Robert Tennies
Christian School Headmaster
Dr. Tennies joined Boca Raton Christian School in 1977 from Cypress Lakes Middle School in Ft. Myers, FL. He has a BS in Biology from Wheaton College, MA in Science Education from the University of South Florida, Ed.S in Administration/ Supervision from FAU and a Doctor of Education in Administration/ Supervision from FAU. He lives in Boca Raton with his wife, Ruth. They have two grown daughters, Debbie and Julie.
