Bill Mitchell
Senior Pastor
Pastor Bill Mitchell is a third generation Boca Ratonion. Born and raised locally, he graduated from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago with a B.A. in Bible and Theology and a Masters of Christian Ministry from Moody Bible Institute and he is currently working on his Ph.D. in Leadership from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. His heart is truly to reach out to people both locally through compassion ministries and internationally through mission trips to other countries and bring them to the saving grace of Christ, our Savior.

Bill and his wife Elizabeth met at Boca Raton Community Church. They have four wonderful children.

Tony LeBron
Worship and Young Adult Ministries Director
Tony LeBron serves as our Worship and Young Adult Ministries Director. Tony was a member of the Premiere Vocal group TRUTH. Tony has lived in Nashville, TN, where he was a back-up vocalist for several CCM artists, including Natalie Grant. He also served as a member of the Maranatha Praise Team, leading worship across the nation in the Promise Keepers Crusades. Tony attended Southeastern University; he is originally from St. Croix, U.S.V.I. and was raised in Orlando, Florida.

Mary Lou Dodd
Adult and Women's Ministries Director
Mary-Lou was born in Toronto, Canada and moved with her husband Larry and two children to Texas where they resided for eighteen years. It was in Dallas/ Ft. Worth that she worked as Administrative Coordinator and Assistant Professor (for women) at Tyndale Theological Seminary and obtained her Doctorate of Ministries degree through Tyndale and Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary. Mary-Lou has a passion for studying, learning and sharing the Word of God with women!

Darrell Fraley
Children’s Ministries Pastor
Darrell has written several books on children’s ministry, the most recent titled Children’s Ministry…The Trust Building Business. Darrell has worked with the International Network of Children’s Ministry, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Group Publishing, and David C. Cook Church Ministries. Darrell is part-time children’s pastor at Boca Raton Community Church and teaches Early Childhood Education at Boca Raton Community High School.

Robert Tennies
Christian School Headmaster
Dr. Tennies joined Boca Raton Christian School in 1977 from Cypress Lakes Middle School in Ft. Myers, FL. He has a BS in Biology from Wheaton College, MA in Science Education from the University of South Florida, Ed.S in Administration/ Supervision from FAU and a Doctor of Education in Administration/ Supervision from FAU. He lives in Boca Raton with his wife, Ruth. They have two daughters, Debbie and Julie, who are both graduates of Wheaton College.
