Women's Ministry is designed so that women can know Christ's personal love, grow in relationship with Him. and express His saving power in their homes, church, community, and world. Get connected with women experiencing the same challenges and victories in life that you are.

Women’s Bible Studies:

• Entrusted with a Child's Heart - 2nd and 4th Thursdays at 8:30 AM in the Sanctuary Family Room (begins September 9)
  
  Entrusted with a Child’s Heart moms' study is a 22-week plan for creating a loving and disciplined family life based on specific truths from God's Word. Find hope and direction as you begin to learn biblical solutions for parenting. Gain confidence and direction each week as you listen to practical teaching from seasoned mom and counselor Betsy Corning. Then make new friends and receive encouragement from your time with other moms during group discussion time.
  
  Topics include:
  • Laying a biblical foundation of faith
  • Establishing authority
  • Creating order in your home
  • Building strong character in your children
  • Encouraging good friendships
  • Dealing with manipulation and rebellion
  • Fostering spiritual disciplines
    
    

• The Book of Acts - Beginning Wednesday, September 15, at 6:00 PM in the Dining Room
  
  The Book of Acts tells of the founding of the church, the spread of the gospel, the beginnings of congregations, and evangelistic efforts in the apostolic pattern. One finds in Acts a record of Christian defenses made to both Jews (e.g., 4:8–12) and Gentiles (e.g., 25:8–11), with the underlying purpose of conversion. It shows how the early church coped with pagan and Jewish thought, the Roman government and Hellenistic society.
  
  

• Becoming a Woman of Freedom - 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 8:30 AM in the Sanctuary Family Room (begins September 16)
  
  The Christian life is supposed to be like a race- a race we run freely, unhindered by the burdens of this life. But often, the baggage we carry holds us back. It deprives us of our freedom in Christ and makes the race seem strenuous and futile. No matter what your age, circumstance, or spiritual maturity, Cynthia Heald will help you identify and lay aside the burdens that can make you feel "stuck", including past hurt and loss, poor self-image, approval-seeking, busyness, doubt and fear, and unhealthy influences.

Helping Hands will resume on September 16 at 1:30 PM in the Dining Room.

Prayer Warriors: Intercessory Prayer every Tuesday 6:45 AM in the dining room. You can send your prayer requests by email to Women’s Ministry by clicking the button. Each week a small group will pray for you.

Visitation Team - 1 Pet. 4:9-11: Visitations to the shut-ins and the elderly. Thursdays 9:00-11:30 AM We meet from 9:00-9:30 AM for prayer and Scripture reading, and visit the ladies from 9:30-11:30 AM Please call us by Wednesday noon so we can plan our visits. Come and be blessed! Please let us know of someone who would enjoy a visit!
