The main goal of the women’s ministry is to help women develop and deepen their personal relationship with Christ. We aim to accomplish this goal through Bible study, discipleship, and by encouraging personal time alone with God. We believe it is important that we learn from one another and encourage friendships across generations so we can mentor one another and celebrate together. We support and lift each other up through prayer and by meeting each other’s practical needs. Lastly, we encourage each other to put what we’ve learned to practical use by using our spiritual gifts to serve the church body, the community, and the world.

We are currently studying the book His Last Words by Kim Erickson, a verse-by-verse study of John 13-17. This series highlights the last words Jesus said to his disciples before his death on the cross. As we dive deeper into the words, we will come away inspired to follow him and spread the Word of the Gospel.
We believe in following God’s command in James 1:27 to look after those among us who are in need. Our Women’s Visitation Team does this by visiting and helping those who for whatever reason, are confined to their homes or are in the hospital. Our team makes their rounds every Thursday. They strive to ensure that no one is forgotten, and makes sure every person is visited at least once a month. If you would like to take part in this ministry, please contact Jan Slossberg.
"Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world."
-- James 1:27
Our hope is to provide an intimate fellowship of belonging for every indiviual who is struggling alone to find significance, security, and support. Standing together, we become better equipped to persevere as men and women and servants of God who walk by faith, stand firm in spiritual battles, kneel in prayer, and listen to God’s voice in unity of the Spirit one day at a time.
