Care & Help

Who We Are

We believe that God has commanded us as a community of believers to take care of each other’s needs. To act on this command, we have multiple ministries to fulfill various needs that may arise in our members’ lives. Please see below for more information on these ministries.

To get involved with the Care & Help ministry, join one of our Serve or Outreach groups.

GriefShare

Thursdays 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the White House
-or-
Saturdays 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the White House

GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. This group helps and encourages those experiencing grief after the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend.

Weekly meetings are offered on Thursday evenings and Saturdays mornings. Follow the links to learn when each 13-week session begins and to register for your desired group. Cost is $20 for a workbook.

Redeemed - Men

Check back in December to learn the starting date of our next Redeemed session.

Redeemed is a group that seeks to help men experience greater intimacy with God, healthy intimacy with others, and freedom from strongholds of sexual sin. This 3-month process provides authentic community, a Christ-centered approach to freedom, and the equipping necessary to pursue purity in all areas of life. Rather than a strategy focused on behavior change, this group focuses on heart change that seeks satisfaction and joy in God as the key to transformation. We pursue this by practicing vulnerability, embracing our identity in Christ, and learning healthy intimacy.

Whether you are far along in your journey or just starting to pursue God’s design for sexuality, this is the group for you. For each 3-month session, the first meeting is an interest night for you to learn more about the group before committing to it. There is no cost to attend the interest night, but there is a cost for those who decide to join the group. This covers curriculum, refreshments, special meals, and more.

Women's Visitation Team

We believe in following God’s command in James 1:27 to look after those among us who are in need. Our Women’s Visitation Team does this by visiting and helping those who for whatever reason, are confined to their homes or are in the hospital. Our team makes their rounds every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Thursday each month.

If you would like to take part in this ministry or if you know someone in our church body who would like a visit, please contact Jan Davis.

Funeral Request

We understand how difficult it is to walk through the loss of a loved one. Our pastors and staff are here to come alongside you and your family with care and support during this time. Funeral services are available for members of Boca Raton Community Church. Please click on the button to contact us to begin making arrangements.

Wedding Request

Congratulations on your upcoming marriage! At Boca Raton Community Church, we are honored to walk with our members as they prepare for marriage. Because of the size of our church and the number of requests we receive, we are only able to provide premarital mentoring and wedding services for members. If you meet these requirements or would like to learn more about membership, please click on the button to contact us.
