The Worship Ministry at Boca Raton Community Church exists to glorify God by leading people in authentic, Christ-centered worship. We are a family of worshippers committed to pursuing Jesus together and serving His Church with humility, authenticity, excellence, unity, and servant leadership. Whether on the platform or behind the scenes, every role helps create an environment where people can encounter Jesus. We believe worship extends far beyond the platform. It is reflected in how we live, serve, love, and represent Christ every day.
Sunday Services – 10:30 AM
Wednesday Rehearsal – 6:30-7:30 PM (when scheduled)
Team members gather early on Sundays for rehearsal, prayer, and final preparations before leading our church family in worship.
Frontline (Vocals) – Help lead the congregation in worship through singing, engagement, and participation. Frontline vocalists encourage our church family to worship wholeheartedly while pointing others to Christ.
Backline (Band) – Use your musical gifts to provide a strong foundation for congregational worship. Our instrumentalists serve together to support the vision of each service and help create an atmosphere where people can focus on Jesus.
Audio/Visual (Production) – Serve behind the scenes through audio, lighting, presentation, video, or livestream. The Production Team helps create a worship experience that is clear, distraction free, and centered on Christ, allowing the message of the gospel to be seen and heard.

If you’re interested in joining the Worship Ministry, we’d love to hear from you. Complete the Worship Team Application and share a little about yourself, your faith journey, and your ministry experience. Vocalists and musicians will also be asked to submit a short video of themselves singing or playing their instrument as part of the application process. Those interested in serving on the Production Team will be contacted by one of our directors after submitting their application.
