CityLead Boca is a lunch where leaders from across our community connect, grow, and learn principles that strengthen leadership and inspire positive change in Boca Raton. A ministry of Boca Raton Community Church, CityLead Boca welcomes over 350 leaders each month from business and non-profit organizations, education, healthcare, construction, and more. Through teaching rooted in biblical principles and led by professionals with proven success in business, we equip leaders to excel in leadership, management, advocacy, engagement, and development. We also encourage them to serve others with a heart that puts people before themselves. Our vision is to see Boca Raton shaped by leaders who value character, foster unity, and empower those around them to make a lasting impact.

Doors open at 11:30 AM for check-in and lunch. Session goes from 12:00 – 1:00 PM.
Do I need to register ahead?
We often sell out, and advance registration is recommended. Advance registration closes the day before the event. Walk-ins are welcome, but are not guaranteed admittance due to space limitations.
Can I come alone or do I need to be with a business group?
You may register individually or you can purchase a table of 7 for your group.
What should I wear?
Come in whatever you wear to work, whether it’s scrubs, business attire, or construction boots.
Can I come early and stay late for networking?
Our focus is to train up business men and women in Boca Raton, but we do welcome those who want to network before and after the event. Doors open and lunch is served beginning at 11:30 AM.
