Health and Safety

Gathering Together Safely

The health and safety of our visitors, attenders, and volunteers is our highest priority. Our full-time security team patrols the campus during all church events. Every member of the security team has prior law enforcement experience and first-responder training.

Boca Raton Community Church also has taken significant steps to ensure the health of our congregation, volunteers, participants. and staff. This includes more consistent cleaning of key areas, regular electrostatic cleaning of our entire campus, and social distancing throughout all events.

If any in-person participant on our campus has COVID symptoms or tests positive for COVID, we recommend that they follow CDC guidelines. We also ask that they cease attending in-person gatherings for ten days, get tested, and quarantine until they receive a negative result or until symptoms end.

Sunday Worship Service

In-Person Attendance Guidelines

  1. Masks are required and must be worn at all times, with the exception of when you are at your seat.
  2. Please arrive a little early so you can be safely seated. For the Sunday morning worship service, doors open at 10:00 AM and we ask that you please be in your seat by 10:20 AM.
  3. Sunday morning programs are available for your children. Scroll down to the Preschool section and the Boca Kids and Merge section for their guidelines.
  4. The lobbies and entrance foyers of our buildings are now considered “hallways” rather than places of meeting. We ask that you keep moving through the entrance area and participate in long conversations outside of the building.
  5. Ushers will assign you to your seat as you enter to ensure and encourage social distancing.
  6. As we strive to maintain a safe environment, please sit with family you arrive with or have previously been in quarantine with.

Those with pre-existing medical conditions and those over 65 years are at higher risk of serious complications if they contract the COVID-19 virus, and are therefore strongly encouraged to not attend in-person events at this time. We continue to offer our worship service over livestream on Sundays at 10:30 AM.
